Take the first steps towards your fitness goals. Our Personal Training specials are available to JCC Members. Training can be modified to fit all fitness levels.  If you have questions, please contact the Fitness Center at (402) 334-6423.

New! Intro to Personal Training

Members, Ages 14+

New to Personal Training? Try it with an introductory session. This one-time, 30 minute session will be led by one of our certified Personal Trainers. Members will be taken through a series of assessments and exercises that determine what they should work on to maintain their mobility and functionality for performance or staying independent. Sessions are held in the Personal Training Studio and are $10 per person which can be used towards future training packages. Offered by appointment only. Call (402) 334-6580 to schedule. Maximum of 4 per session

New! Written Workouts

Members, Ages 16+

Workout smarter and harder with customized written workouts. Don’t need a personal trainer but want guidance on your training program?  Are you an athlete and want a written program to advance your sports performance?  The JCC now has written programs tailored to your specific goals and needs.

Options

Level I Written Workouts
Up to 4 weeks – Total Body Workouts 2-3 days per week.
Total Body Workout that you can do 2-3 x per week. Just beginning a strength journey that will aid you in your overall health and strength goals. Is your existing workout stale and has left you with no gains or results? These Level I workouts will keep you learning new movements and exercises that will get you stronger and more functional. Don’t plateau with the same workout, mix it up and shock those muscles!

Level II Written Workouts
Up to 8 weeks – E.G. = Full Body, 5 or 6 Day Split Training Routines, Push-Pull, Pyramid Sets.
4, 5 or 6 Day Split Training Routines, Push-Pull, Pyramid Sets. This level is great for those seasoned members wanting to lose weight, increase power, sports performance, off-season, or during season training. Maximize your workouts with specific and efficiency.

Start Up Special

Members Only, Ages 13+

Whether you are looking to build strength, lose fat, or boost health, Personal Training can help. Our Start Up Special is available to anyone who has not yet tried our Personal Training Services. Sessions are tailored to your goals. Private and Semi-Private Personal Training is offered in 30 or 60 minute sessions.
