Swim & Dive Team

Members, Ages 5-18

Open to Members, ages 5-18, our Swim & Dive Team is a great way to learn new skills or strengthen existing ones. Our experienced coaching staff works to help team members progress in ability and technique while also encouraging teamwork, leadership, and personal goal setting – skills that can translate into everyday life. Participants will build technique, endurance and speed. All Swim & Dive Team participants must have passed a certain level of swim lessons. Swim and Dive tiers levels are listed below. Swim Team is led by Klara Gilbert. Originally from Israel, Klara competed for the swim team at Fresno Pacific University. She won the NAIA national championship in 2012.  Please call the Aquatics Department at (402) 334-6473 for help determining your child’s skill level. Questions? Email us at jccswimteam@jccomaha.org
