J Camp Registration Opens February 4 for JCC Members

J Camp provides K-7th graders with fun activities and adventures! Camp groups are separated according to age. All levels of campers will enjoy a wide variety of weekly activities including free swim, sports, song sessions and cheers, art and nature projects, elements of Jewish and Israeli culture, weekly theme days, and special events.

J Camp Program Details

Open to JCC members and non members, K-7th grade

Hours are 9 am-4 pm, Monday-Friday with Before and/or After Care options available with additional registration

Registration and participation is based on the grade a child will enter in the fall

All Camp Family Night included for those registered for any week of camp, with additional registration

Undernights and Overnights included for those registered for weeks 3 or 6 with additional registration

Fridays include pizza lunch served with a fruit cup, drink, and dessert

Registrations within two weeks of program start date are charged a $20 late fee and subject to camp director approval

The J Camp Experience

Kindergarten & 1st Grade Camps

Our Kindergarten and 1st grade camps embrace the natural enthusiasm and energy of kids at this grade level. Our programs are scheduled to provide a day full of excitement and learning. Campers engage in a wide range of activities throughout the week. Art activities, nature activities, and song sessions are just some of the things campers can look forward to.

Campers are given an opportunity to learn and grow in a fun and relaxed camp environment. Activities incorporated into our camp experience are designed to help all children develop important physical and social skills. An example of a typical camp day for a K-1st grade camper is as follows:

2nd & 3rd Grade Camps

2nd and 3rd grade levels of J Camp cater to kid’s creativity and emerging independence. Each Monday campers will select one of two chugim (choice activities) that they will participate in for that week. The chugim are designed to let campers explore specific areas of interest more thoroughly. In addition to their selected chugim campers will participate in other daily and weekly activities.

4th-7th Grade Camps

4th-7th grade J Camp is designed to encourage independent thinking, decision-making, and engagement. Each week the campers will engage in special activities. Campers will have time to meet with our Shaliach, plan all-camp events, and spend time in the gym.

J Camp Extras & Add-ons

J Camp Before & After Care

Campers who need to be dropped off before 9 am or picked up after 4 pm can register for our extended care options. Before & After Care is held in the J Youth Lounge. J Camp Before & After Care participants can choose to attend either morning OR afternoon hours, or both morning AND afternoon hours. Registration and pricing is per week. Registration will be online, via Daxko. Early Bird rates do not apply to Before & After Care

Undernights/Overnights

J Camp Undernights

Undernights are an extension of the camp day for K-1st grade campers registered for week 3 or week 6 of J Camp. Participants must be registered for the all day J Camp the week the Undernight is taking place. Attendance is optional. All activities will take place at the JCC. Campers will enjoy dinner, special games and activities, snacks, and evening swim! This program is included with registration, but we ask all attending to register so we can estimate needed supplies.

NEW! J Camp Overnights

Overnights are an extension of the camp day for 2nd-7th grade campers who are registered for week 3 or 6 of J Camp. Overnights during week three at the JCC Campus includes dinner, special games, an evening swim, and a campfire with s’mores (weather permitting). Campers move indoors for the evening and wind down with a movie. Campers will be taken to their respective camp the following morning. Breakfast, dinner, and lunch the next day are all provided. During week 6, our 4-7th grade campers will head to Two Rivers State Recreation Area and spend the night in their caboose cabins. Transportation is provided.

New this year! These overnights are included with registration, and attendance is optional, but requires additional registration to properly staff the event.

Pizza Friday Lunch

Weekly, Each Friday of J Camp
A Pizza Friday lunch is included with your J Camp registration. Lunch will be served on Fridays only and will consist of pizza, fruit cup, drink, and dessert. Please let us know ahead of time if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions (kosher, gluten-free, etc.)

All Camp Family Night

Tuesday, June 9, 2026

All campers (registered for any week of camp) and their families are invited to join us at the All Camp Family Night from 4-7 pm on Tuesday, June 10th. It’s a great way to get to know the camp counselors and meet other families while enjoying camp games and dinner. All Camp Family Night is included with your registration for any week of camp. This is a free event but we ask that you register to help us estimate needed supplies. Registration will be online, via Daxko.
