Leaders in Training Registration opens February 4 for JCC Members & February 18 for Non Members
Leaders in Training (LIT) helps build the skills necessary to become future camp counselors. Each week includes team building, program planning, relationship building, and time with campers. LIT campers work with staff to meet established goals, practice filling out job applications, participate in mock interviews, learn general business practices, and have the additional option to receive a First Aid & CPR certification. After successful completion of the LIT program, participants will be offered a position as an Assistant Camp Counselor after their 10th grade year.
