• World’s Greatest Stretch
• Hip Openers
• Arm Circles 

Strength Circuit
Do the following circuit 3-5 times: 
• 20 squats
• 15 push ups
• 10 lunges (each leg) 
• 15 tricep dips 
• 20 crunches
