Complete the following circuit 2 times
• Jumping Jacks (45 seconds)
• Karate Kicks (45 seconds)
• Mountain Climbers (45 seconds)

Strength
Complete the following circuit 3 times
• Pulsing Squats (30 seconds)
• Push Ups (30 seconds)
• Bicycle Crunches (30 seconds)
• Shuffle Squats (30 seconds)
