Cardio Minute Circuit

Join Alyssa as she demonstrates these equipment free moves. Complete each exercise for a 60 second circuit. Repeat the circuits 3-5 times for a great, at home, cardio workout.  

 Complete each of the following exercises for 60 seconds without stopping: 

• Stadium Stairs
• Seal Jacks
• Skaters
• Side Shuffle to Squat Jump 
• Alternating  High Knees (10) & Butt Kicks (10)
• Burpees

Rest for 60 – 90 seconds. 

Repeat this circuit 3-5 times.
